Are pre-order dates guaranteed?

The pre-order date we list in the product description is the estimated date given to us by our distributors, and it is always subject to change. Delays happen, and when they do it is often out of our control. Unless something unexpected happens (ex: lost shipment), the estimated pre-order ETA is when we should start shipping out your order! Once we receive our shipment, please allow 1-2 business days for handling and 3-5 business days for shipping.
