Damaged items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund in store credit. Photos of damage are required upon making a return request. Damage as a result of carrier mistreatment does not fall under our return policy. Refunds are sent to the original form of payment. If the payment source is inaccessible at the time of return, store credit will be issued.
Returns for non-damaged items are offered for 80% store credit within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for mystery boxes, final sale items, and wholesale orders of 6 of the same unit or more.
