My package got returned to sender, what should I do?

If a package is returned to the sender to due an invalid shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be required to pay additional shipping in order to have their package reshipped. If they do not want to pay this fee, the order will be canceled and charged a 15% fee. Please make sure your shipping and billing address is valid before placing an order!
