My tracking number says "Status Unavailable", what should I do?

Sometimes our system will send you a tracking number but attach it to the incorrect carrier. Although this is rare, it can still happen. It will most commonly happen with UPS tracking numbers being sent as USPS tracking numbers. A common UPS tracking number is something like "1Z536VR5464676071", usually containing both numbers and letters. USPS tracking numbers are usually something like "9356744562568956849134", and only contain numbers. If your USPS tracking number is returning "Status Unavailable", then try the tracking number on https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=ST/.
