My tracking number hasn't updated, is that normal?

When you receive a tracking number from us, it means that we have begun the fulfillment process by issuing your order a shipping label. When a label is made, that means your order is currently being picked by our warehouse and ready for shipping. It can take 1-2 business days for an order to go through the entire pick to pack process. Once your order is packed, it will be set aside to be picked up by the carrier. UPS picks up daily, while USPS picks up every other day which may cause delays.
